In Philadelphia a good old fashioned neighborhood beatdown ensued on child rapist Jose Carrasquillo that would have made Rocky proud. After the pummeling, David Vargas and Fernando Genuall kindly handed Jose over to local police and received a $11,500 reward from the Fraternal Order of Police for their service. No charges are being pressed but the issue has brought about some controversy on the subject of street justice.
By the way, good job David and Fernando! For having the balls to take action when needed. You rock!
