If you’ve watched Fox News for any period of time, you soon realize that nearly every female personality employed by them is super hot. It’s as if Fox News said, “People like to look at beautiful people. Why not hire only beautiful people?” This makes sound sense to me and according to their ratings; it’s working well. CNN also has their own band of news babes and MSNBC has a few, but I guess I’ve never noticed them. The only girls I ever seem catch on there are short haired ‘man haters’, Rachel Maddow and that Pentagon correspondent Barbara Star. They must keep the others locked up in the back room most of the time. Courtney Friel puts them all to shame.
Fox News’ hot to ugly airtime ratio blows everyone else away. Once again the Marketing 101 adage rings true: “Sex Sells”.

If ratings had anything to do with having hot chicks on the air, then Russia Today (rt.com) would have double the ratings that Fox has. That’s why I switched to RT from Fox.
Oh Snap! Just checked it out….but I couldn’t find any female newscasters.

Hey Waylon Idont see ABC &CBS with hot women or hot lady achors.The only station Isee taht possibly 7will give or offer competion to Fox would be Primer Impacto ,NBC,CBS display or offer no sexy ladys .So dont even think that let along express that.I REST MY CASE
Ths is obviously a left wing BS spin…I watch Fox News on a regular basis and have NEVER seen skirts this short. Trust me, I would have noticed! Two points (1) Is there a problem with the practice of hiring attractive women? It is certainly not even remotely close to being a crime or anything. Why was this even pointed out in the first place?? (2) If the Left Wing women weren’t so downright mean and unhappy, they might be remotely attractive, as happiness and beauty start from within…just sayin’!!!

You are exactly right. Sex does sell, but Fox News is suppose to be putting up people who have brain power. They are clearly trying to get ratings purely off sex. These women are not being used for their intelligence, but for their sex appeal. MSNBC has a few attractive women, but at least they are intelligent and at least MSNBC does not use camera angles and views to further reinforce their sex appeal.
By the way, those skirts were photo shopped in that video.
