Doodiepants.com has been using the Contextual Related Posts Plugin for WordPress for over a year and love it.  Many of these kinds of plugins do not offer the option of thumbnails.  If you’re conscious of the thumbnails you use in each post, this plugin can serve as great eye candy  to help keep users on your site and exploring.   It does a fairly decent job doing its “contextual” relations and allows custom HTML before and after each instance.

You’ll see the implementation of the plugin at the bottom of each post.   For example, check this post:  Barack Obama – Muslim? Christian? Atheist? I’m using 90px thumbnails, and no post excerpt.   I would suggest this WordPress Plugin to any up and coming blog looking to increase view-counts.
