It amazes me that the Ebay scammer in this video from Judge Judy seems to see nothing wrong with her Ebay sale.  If your ad says you’re selling “only a photo of a cellphone” and someone buys it think their getting a full cell phone, it doesn’t mean you’re ethically OK just because the buyer didn’t read the fine print.

$400 for 2 ink jet printed pictures of cellphones?

Most scams are built off of people not reading the fine print.    Sure, the victims should have read the fine print, but scams like this are set up with intention of making sure the buyers miss the details.    It’s  sad she’s been allowed to breed.  And it’s even sadder that some guy had to do it.  ewwww

I don’t know what her actual initiative was, but apparently she’s solved all of Santa Cruz, California’s problems in her head.  This is 100% Awesome.  I can’t believe they let her keep talking.  I hope the Governator saw this.

Ahhh....to be young again.

This is a video clip from a 2006 British documentary called “Extraordinary Breastfeeding“.  It’s the short story of mother that has a 5 and 7 year old still feeding off the nipple.  It’s jaw-dropping.  I didn’t even know that such a practice existed.   I’m not sure if the mother wants to keep them young forever or if she just likes all the attention.  Her kids actually draw pictures and have names for each breast.

Everyone knows that breast feeding is the best food for your baby. In fact, Breastfeeding Could Save 1.3 Million Lives, but I found no good medical data that states that extended breastfeeding this late is good or bad.  Regardless of whether this practice is medically helpful or not, it’s a huge social oddity.   These kids will be ridiculed through the rest of their adolecence and despise the day that this documentary was made.

The girl said  ”Better than a million melons!”    Awesome.

Ever wonder what happened to the weird lookin’ inbred kid from the movie “Deliverance”?  Well, he got old and now and runs a diner in Rabun County.  Billy Redden is his name and redneck inbred movie roles are his game.  He recently appeared in Tim Burton’s movie “Big Fish” (2004) and he took a role in Jeff Foxworthy’s “Blue Collar TV”.  Old man Redden doesn’t look quite so crazy anymore and enjoys his quiet diner life.   He looks much any other 60 year old southern man and is still the local celebrity.

He’d tell everyone to “just put your hand on the television screen and feel power of the Holy Spirit flow into you”     This was usually followed by a message based solely on tithing(donation).  He pushed the idea that if you gave to God via “Robert Tilton Ministries”, God will give you more wealth in return.  It’s like a cosmic foolproof investment scheme.  Except in the early 1990’s, courtesy of an ABC undercover investigation, good ole Bob ended up being the more like the Bernie Madoff of televangelism.   The only difference is……..he RESTARTED his so-called ministry and and it currently continues @ http://www.roberttiltonlive.com/.
